Pregnancy & Low Back Pain

There is so much new information about pregnancy and exercise and it's really interesting stuff! Imagine knowing that you could help someone have a faster and healthier pregnancy. Or let them know that the recommended time after birth to start working out has also changed. Doctors are advising to get moving for 20-30 mins everyday while pregnant. And instead of waiting, to start exercising as soon as their body feels ready. Or how about that they no longer recommend swimming and hot yoga at any point of pregnancy, but planks are totally ok. It's good to stay up on how to best train for your body (or in this case, our clients) and little gems will always come along. Like this one.

This info right here, goes for anyone with low back pain. How are you caring for your low back pain? Make sure you are helping your body and not just masking the problem. Contact us and get talking to a Fit Pro today to help you get on your way to a healthier you! #wearecityfit
